Dev Launchers helps developers and designers advance their skills and confidence to the next level allowing them to thrive in their careers. Dev Recruit allows members of the Dev Launchers Community to easily find products and projects that align with their personal goals. For prospective members of the Dev Launchers Community, it gives an insight into what types of projects, involvement and interaction are available to join the organization. This creates a central platform for members and non-members alike to begin or continue their journey at Dev Launchers by simply filtering through different open positions and finding the ones that best align with their goals, experience, available time and position titles. Dev Recruit also aims to alleviate some of the pain points of team leads in making the overall recruitment process smooth.

**About The Role**
We are looking for a technical lead who is willing and eager to learn various web technologies while helping a team of ambitious developers implement features!

**Expectations**
- Lead web application development and system integration efforts
- Provision, Administer, and Maintain a Next.js application
- Debug and Fix Production issues
- Assist in requirements gathering and communicating them to other team members
- Perform verification and validation of requirements
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation
- Manage Github or similar code repositories
- Backend experience (preferred)
- Experience with CMS's (preferred)

Hello World

We're building a platform that inspires people to build cool software project ideas that will follow the Dev Launchers ethos. This platform will be able to take in ideas from members of Dev Launchers, display these ideas for other users to interact with, and finally allow members to adopt others' ideas.

Often people have ideas that they do not have the bandwidth to address. These ideas will be further fleshed out by engaging members of the community. With our idea hub, we can brainstorm better, interact with other members' dream software projects, and build more together!

Help us create the backend infrastructure for the website you're currently on!

In this project, you'll be helping develop the backend systems to allow our platform to make a huge impact! We'll be using Strapi which is a headless CMS that will help us develop at rapid speeds! We'll also be using other modern web technologies such as node js, PostgreSQL, Docker and using REST API principles to develop the backend.

We'll have weekly meetings where we meet with the front-end team to discuss the platform's direction and status and have a special backend-focused meeting where you can get one-on-one help.

User Profile Team

This team is all about creating a stable, well-defined framework for other teams in the organization to utilize. This is done via developing shared components and functionalities, along with providing support and guidance to other teams in order to assist them in getting up to speed using the framework.
